NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated June 18, 2020, from Bradley Shane Green and Kendra J. Holmes aka Kendra Jean Green to Marc B. Lazenby, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Taylor County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 380, at page 553, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $119,047.30, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Taylor County Courthouse in Grafton, West Virginia, on December 2, 2025 at 12:00 p.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain real estate, including all appurtenances thereunto belonging and improvements thereon, which is situate in the Knottsville District of Taylor County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a 1/2″ rebar (set) in the southern right of way limits of County Rute 9, and being a corner to property now or formerly owned by Ruth Weekley; thence leaving said County Route 9, and following said Weekley, S. 12 50′ 00″ E. 503.25 feet to a 1/2″ rebar (set) passing through a spring at 327.89 feet; thence leaving said Weekley and going with two (2) new division lines of Freda G.
