Activity: 6.87 acre disturbance to construct a site for future development. The Jane Lew Pad project is an existing site development located in Lewis County, WV. The property will contain one independent pad site, totaling approximately 4 flat acres. This project is being sent to public notice due to the length of grading activity. Business conducted: Discharge of treated stormwater into an Unnamed Tributary of Hackers Creek, a tributary of the West Fork River a tributary of the Monongahela River. Implementation: N/A On the basis of review of the application the “Water Pollution Control Act (Chapter 22, Article 11-8(a)),” and the “West Virginia Legislative Rules,” the State of West Virginia will act on the above application. Any interested person may submit written comments on the site registration permit application and may request a public hearing by addressing such to the Director of the Division of Water and Waste Management within 30 days of the date of the public notice.
