The Harrison County Commission has scheduled a public hearing to consider the closure of an unused alley in East View. The Alley is located on property owned by Alfred Kooken and adjacent party owned by Alfred Kooken. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this hearing. The hearing is scheulded at 10:05 am on Wednesday December 17th 2025, in the Commission Meeting Chambers located in the Harrison County Courthouse, 229 South 3rd St., Clarksburg, WV 26301.
