Upshur County Commission Notice of Public Auction The Upshur County Commission will be auctioning a 2014 Ford Explorer with over 115K miles, a 2016 Ford Explorer with over 137K miles, a 2003 Ford F150 with over 230K miles and a 2002 Simplicity Tractor with a snow plow and mower deck. The Commission will be utilizing Public Surplus, the internet based public auction service at www.publicsurplus.com. The auction details can be found by locating the “Browse auctions within area” feature then select “West Virginia” as the Region and “Upshur County Commission” as the Agency. Online bidding will be open from Wednesday, November 19th at 8:00 a.m. until Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Onsite viewing available by appointment only.
