NOTICE
The object of the above-captioned action is custody of a child and possible termination of parental rights.
Notice is hereby given that an Adjudicatory Hearing, and if appropriate, Disposition Hearing, will be held before The Honorable Joseph E. Barki, Judge, in his Chambers located in the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia, on December 30, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.
The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether the parental/custodial/guardianship rights of the Respondent, Rachel Conrad, biological mother of A.R., a minor child whose date of birth is April 6, 2008; and C.K., a minor child whose date of birth is October 28, 2011, should be terminated.
The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether the parental/custodial/guardianship rights of the Respondent, Quadricus Register, biological father of A.R., a minor child whose date of birth is April 6, 2008, should be terminated.
The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether the parental/custodial/guardianship rights of the Respondent, Eldrin Kox, biological father of C.K., a minor child whose date of birth is October 28, 2011, should be terminated.
Notice is hereby further given to Respondent, Rachel Conrad, Respondent, Quadricus Register, and Respondent, Eldrin Knox, of their right to counsel at every stage of the proceeding and that such proceeding can result in the permanent termination of their parental rights.
Notice is hereby further given to Respondent, Rachel Conrad, Respondent, Quadricus Register, and Respondent, Eldrin Knox, that a copy of the petition and possible termination of parental rights can be obtained from the Hancock County Circuit Clerk at the Clerk’s office located in the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia.
