it has received a Letter of Intent from Augusta Levy
Learning Center, Inc., CON File #25-5/10/11-13465-BH,
for the development of outpatient Intellectual and
Developmental Disabilities Waiver services in Ohio,
Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Wetzel and Tyler Counties
in West Virginia. Capital Expenditure $0.
Further information regarding the Letter of Intent,
including the Certificate of Need application when
submitted, is on the Authority’s website at
