PUBLIC NOTICE
Hampshire County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC)
In accordance with West Virginia Code §15-5A-7, notice is hereby given that the Hampshire County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) will hold its final meeting of the year on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The public is invited to attend to learn about the LEPC’s role and activities and to review information submitted to the Committee. Any emergency response plan, material safety data sheets, emergency first aid and medical treatment procedures, inventory forms, and follow-up emergency notices, which have been submitted to the committee, will be available for public viewing.
These documents may be reviewed at the LEPC meeting, or during the month of December 2025 by appointment only at the Hampshire County 911 Center, located at 1160 Jersey Mountain Road, Romney, WV. Appointments may be scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., as staff and volunteer availability allow, by contacting the LEPC at:
