Update
The Brooke-Hancock- Jefferson Transportation Study (BHJTS) hereby notifies the general public that the adopted Public Participation Plan (PPP) for Transportation Planning and Programming in the Weirton-Steubenville, WV-OH Metropolitan Area, that is Brooke and Hancock counties, WV and Jefferson County, OH, is being revised and is available for comment and review.
The review and comment period will last at least 45 days beginning November 26th, 2025 at 12:00 Noon and ending January 7th, 2026 at 12:00 Noon. Those persons wishing to review the complete proposed revision may request a copy of the Draft PPP by contacting the BHJMPO office at (740) 282-3685 or by accessing the BHJ website, where the Revision will be listed on the home page, at www.bhjmpc.org. The office is located at 127 South Fourth Street, Steubenville, Ohio, 43952. Business contact hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays Monday through Friday. Direct all inquiries to Mr. Michael J.
