PUBLIC NOTICE TO THE RESIDENTS
OF THE VILLAGE OF
BETHLEHEM
Pursuant to the requirements of the Federal Clean Water Act and the laws, rules and regulations of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection – Division of Water and Waste Management, the Village of Bethlehem, as an operator of a small municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4s) has developed a Stormwater Management Program for its small municipal separate storm sewer system to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate requirements of the Clean Water Act. The Final Reading and adoption of the Stormwater Management Program is scheduled as follows:

A complete copy of the “Stormwater Management and Surface Water Discharge Control Ordinance” is available for inspection at the Village offices located at One Community Park Road, Bethlehem, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 12:00 noon, and 1:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
Residents of the Village of Bethlehem, and the public at large, are invited to appear at the 8:00 o’clock P.M. February 2, 2015, Council Meeting.
