The Housing Authority of the City of Moundsville, WV will receive sealed bids at its Administrative Offices, 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV 26041 for its FY2019 CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM DOMESTIC WATER HEATER REPLACEMENT PROJECT until 10:00AM/EST on MONDAY, DECEMBER 9, 2019 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Housing Authority will receive bids from only qualified contractors with a minimum 5-years’ experience providing mechanical / plumbing construction services.

A CD containing PDF’s of all bid documents may be obtained through the office of the Architect, Shaeffer & Madama, Inc., 57 Fourteenth Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 upon receipt of $25.00 non-refundable payment and valid email address. Interested parties are to meet at Golden Tower Apartments, 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV. The purpose of the meeting is to familiarize bidders with the scope of work and answer questions regarding the bid documents. Interested subcontractors and material suppliers are also encouraged to attend.
The Moundsville Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
