REQUEST FOR
QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES
The City of Wheeling is seeking requests for qualifications from qualified engineering firms for the design of replacement of water mains. In general, the work will include providing all Engineering services required to prepare final design plans, specifications, contract documents, construction administration and observation and any other items as may be determined by the City. Interested and qualified Engineering firms may obtain a copy of the Request for Qualifications by telephone or writing Mr. Robert Herron, City Manager at the following:
