The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has filed a Petition that may result in the termination of parental rights of VEGAS WHETZEL, biological mother of infants R.H., Jr., whose date of birth is February 12, 2001 and P.W., whose date of birth is September 21, 2016.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that the VEGAS WHETZEL, has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants R.H., Jr., whose date of birth is February 12, 2001 and P.W., whose date of birth is September 21, 2016. It is ORDERED that the VEGAS WHETZEL is notified that she may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and he is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 6th day of January, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. for an Disposition Hearing if she so desires to object or make other defense to the Petition; otherwise, parental rights of VEGAS WHETZEL, biological mother of infants R.H., Jr., whose date of birth is February 12, 2001 and P.W., whose date of birth is September 21, 2016, may be terminated.
