At the Commission Meeting of the County Commission of Tyler County, West
Virginia, held at the Tyler County Senior Center Auditorium on December 1, 2025.
It is ordered by the Commission that the polling place in Precinct Eight (8) shall
be changed from the former premises of the Wetzel/Tyler Health Department to
The Valley Church, located at 600 South 4th Avenue, Paden City, West Virginia, for all Elections beginning with the 2026 Primary Election to be held on May 12, 2026,
pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 1, Section 7 of the West Virginia Code of 1931,
as amended.
On motion of Commissioner Hickman seconded by Commissioner, Smith
the Commission unanimously ordered the change of location for
Precinct Eight (8)

ELECTIONS BEGINNING WITH THE 2026 PRIMARY ELECTION TO BE
HELD MAY 12, 2026.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that for the Primary Election to be held on May 12, 2026, the polling place in Precinct EIGHT (8) shall be changed from the former premises of the Wetzel/Tyler Health Department to The Valley Church, located at 600 South 4th
Avenue, Paden City, West Virginia, pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 1, Section 7 of the West Virginia
Code of 1931, as amended.
