PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an action has been filed in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia entitled William Dague and Ann Dague v. T & A Funding, LLC and Any and All Unknown Successors in Interest to T & A Funding, LLC; the object of the action is to clear title to a parcel of real estate described as Lot #15 as known and designated on the Plat of St. James Place, Richland District, Ohio County, West Virginia, conveyed to Ann Dague and William Dague by deed dated May 19, 2011, as recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Ohio County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 826, at page 196, by declaring that a Deed of Trust recorded in said County Clerk’s office in Deed of Trust Book 1155, at page 715, is released and said Deed of Trust no longer constitutes a lien against the above described real estate; the name and address of the Plaintiffs’ attorney is Gary A. Sacco, 56-58 Fourteenth Street, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003; a copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the Clerk; each named and unknown defendant must appear and defend on or before May 30, 2015, otherwise judgment by default will be rendered against the defendants at any time thereafter.
