Notice of Application
Notice is given that Mountain Valley Pipeline, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update to the existing R13-3422 permit for a natural gas compressor station (McClelland Compressor Station) located on Little Bingamon-Bradley Road, County Road 4/8 near the intersection with County Road 46/1 in Wetzel County, West Virginia. The site latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39. 4511270 N, – 80. 3240930 W.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) = 62.75 tpy
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx ) = 42.92 tpy
Carbon Monoxide (CO) = 83.27 tpy
Particulate Matters (PM 2.5/PM10) = 3.05 tpy
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) = 0.18 tpy
Formaldehyde (HCHO) = 8.15 tpy
Total Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAP) = 13.93
Carbon Dioxide Equivalents (CO2e) = 47,522 tpy
