NOTICE
Notice (W.Va. Code Section 44-9-3) is hereby given that a hearing will be held in the Court of Ohio County Clerk, West Virginia, on January 29, 2026, at 11:00A.M. – at which time Leslie Lea will testify and move that the County Court Order that Richard Lea be declared dead (W.Va. Code Section 44-9-1) in that he has not been seen or heard from for over seven (7) years and that his Last Will and Testament be admitted to Probate and Recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and his Estate be probated (W.Va. Code Section 41-5-10). Anyone may appear at the hearing to contest and/or object tot the requested relief.
