Hancock County Commission Part-Time Office Assistant
The Hancock County Commission will be accepting applications for a Part-Time Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will provide essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of County Commission business. This role involves a combination of administrative duties, customer service, and collaboration on Commission projects. This includes managing phone calls and emails, data entry, filing & document management, scheduling and calendar management, basic bookkeeping, managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries, team support and other duties as assigned. MUST HAVE experience in Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must be physically capable of lifting 20 lbs.
