Mountaineer Highlands Cooperative (MHC), on behalf of Barbour, Braxton, Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Harrison, Lewis, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Pleasants, Preston, Randolph, Ritchie, Roane, Taylor, Tucker, Tyler, Upshur, Wetzel, and Wirt County Schools is seeking proposals from group purchasing organizations (GPO) and/or respondents utilizing pricing and agreements from legitimate GPOs for child nutrition products and supplies. GPOs must meet the requirements of WV Policy 8200 and Federal Procurement Requirements.
