PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Swisher International, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification Permit for the Snuff and Chewing Tobacco Facility located at 400 Water Street, Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40.04138 and -80.72654.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: NOx of 39.48 tons per year (tpy), SO2 of 0.61 tpy, CO of 18.35, tpy, VOC of 18.05, PM of 11.70 tpy, PM10 of 10.16, PM2.5 of 10.10 tpy, and total HAPS of 1.00 tpy.
This facility is operational and is requesting a permit revision. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
