AN ORDINANCE OF THE
TOWN OF HUNDRED
COUNCIL OF
HUNDRED, WEST
VIRGINIA, AMENDING
ATV ORDINANCE
RELATING TO
ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE
(ATV) PERMIT FEES.
The Town of Hundred
Council finds that to
operate an ATV-UTV
within the municipal
corporate limits of the
Town of Hundred, a
permit is required and
can be obtained at City.
Hall. The initial
application fee will be $30.00 [CURRENT FEE
WAS $50.00], with annual
renewals costing $20.00.
A replacement permit is
$30.00. A replacement
permit sticker is $20.00. Permits are valid for one
calendar year and must be displayed on the rear of the ATV-UTV. This
Ordinance will become
effective on the first day following its final adoption.
