Tuesday, February 3 rd , 2026
And at that time and place
will be publicly opened
and read aloud. If you plan
to mail bid, please use

26155. The Work includes replacement of the
shingled roof on the Town
Officials’ Office (Former
American Legion)
building, located at 14
Beech Street, Hundred,
WV 26575, with a new
metal roof. Replacement
of damaged sheeting and
outer fascia boards with
new (as needed).
Installation of new fascia,
drip edges, gutters and
downspouts.
The BID DOCUMENTS
are on file at the above
address.
Bid Documents may be

must be accompanied by
either a bid bond in an
amount of 5% of the Bid
amount or by certified
check or cashier’s check
in the amount of not less
than 5% of the Bid
amount. The successful
bidder will be required to
provide a performance
and payment bond for
100% of the contract
price.
The Owner reserves the
right to waive irregularities
and to reject any and all
bids. If bids are 10% over
the estimated project cost,
the Owner will have the
option to be rebid the
project.

held at the existing
building location, 14

WV 26575 on Thursday,
January 22nd , 2026 at
1:00 PM.
