The permit is located in Paw Paw District of Marion County, 1.5 miles east of Grant Town (Nearest Post Office) on unnamed tributaries of/and Little Paw Paw Creek of Paw Paw Creek of Monongahela River.
LP Mineral, LLC completed backfilling and regrading on 09/03/2025 and is requesting release of 60 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $161,920.00.
