*Tyler County Schools is accepting bids for new hallway and gym lockers at Tyler Consolidated Middle School.
*Mandatory pre-bid meeting and building walkthrough is scheduled for Friday, December 20, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. – Tyler Consolidated Middle School.
*The bid opening is scheduled for Monday, December 30, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. – Tyler County Board of Education.
*Locker projects must be completed prior to August 1, 2020.
*Prevailing wage is not a requirement.
*All permits and fees are the responsibility of the vendor.

All sealed bids are to be submitted at the vendor’s expense.
Bidders must submit their bids and/or proposals prior to the date and time of the bid opening in the format prescribed by the Tyler County Board of Education. Substitutions for the prescribed format are acceptable only if the substituted terms, conditions, and/or provisions have been approved in advance by Tyler County Board of Education.
Tyler County Board of Education may reject any or all bids and solicit new bids on the project.
