THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS TO OBTAIN AN ADOPTION OF NEVON MICAH, BORN
OCTOBER 18, 2013, WHICH SUIT MAY RESULT IN THE
TERMINATION OF THE NATURAL MOTHER’S PARENTAL RIGHTS.
You are hereby notified that a Petition for Adoption has been filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Berkeley County, West Virginia, and that you may serve upon Susan K. Paugh, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is
314 West Stephen St., Martinsburg, WV 25401, a responsive pleading to the Petition for Adoption on or before date of the hearing set forth below. If you fail to do so default may be taken against you and your paternal rights may be terminated.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 2, 2020 at 2:00 p.m., Fonda Hess will petition the Circuit Court of Berkeley County, West Virginia, at the Berkeley County Courthouse located 380 West South Street, Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia for the adoption of Nveon Micah Stum by petitioner Fonda Hess, pursuant to the provisions of West Virginia law. The object of this suit is to
allow the adoption of Nevon Micah Stum, which suit may result in the
termination of the parental rights of the natural
mother of said child. Any person objecting in any manner who may have any reason why Nevon Michah Stum should not be adopted by Fonda Hess, if any there may be, is hereby given notice to appear at the time and place stated herein, and shall be heard in opposition to such adoption.
