can be heard, Petitioner, William O’Neil, will apply by
Petition to the Family Court of Tyler County, West
Virginia, before the Honorable David L. Jackson for
entry of an order by said Court, changing his
child’s name from Karson Lee Jones to Karson Lee
O’Neil.
At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be
rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy
of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
