Intent to Apply for EPA Brownfields Grant
On January 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., the Board of County Commissioners of Ohio County will conduct a public hearing in Room 215 of the City-County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV, to receive input from the public of its intent to apply for an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields Grant. Members of the public are encouraged to submit comments in writing to the address listed above to Melissa Marco and / or attend the public hearing. A copy of the grant application, including the draft analysis of brownfield cleanup alternatives can be found on the Ohio County Commission’s website at www.ohiocountywv.gov.
