PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NATURAL
GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMITS,
pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A 10(e).
EQT Production Company, 2200 Energy Drive,
Canonsburg, PA 15317, is applying for permits for
natural gas horizontal wells at the following locations:

These wells are located in the Little Fishing Creek
Watershed, Littleton Quadrangle, Center District, Wetzel
County, West Virginia which disturbs three acres or
more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and
roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand
gallons of water in any thirty-day period.

Emailed or written comments must reference the
county, well number and operator and must be received
within 30 days of the date of the last publication
(expected to be 11/27/2024).
Copies of the proposed permit applications may be
reviewed at the WV Department of Environmental
Protection headquarters, located at 601 57th Street, SE,
Charleston, WV 25304, (304-926-0450). Full copies or
scans of the proposed permit application will cost
$15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP
headquarters.
