Request for Bid for Conveyor Dishwasher for PPJSHS The Mason County Board of Education is seeking sealed bids for Conveyor Dishwasher for PPJSHS. Interest from vendors to provide the equipment, delivery, installation, and disposal of the current equipment: It is the intent of the Board to review all bids submitted within the required time frame. Interested vendors are invited to submit their Expression of Interest, and to include a statement of their pertinent qualifications, performance and other relevant information no later than 9:00 a.m. local time, on Monday, January 26, 2026. Submit Expressions of Interest to Christina Nelson, Child Nutrition Director, at the Central Office, Mason County Schools, 1 Education Lane, Point Pleasant, WV 25550. A selection team established by Mason County Schools will evaluate all complete Expressions of Interest. The selection team may request selected firms to make personal presentations on dates and times selected by the team. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all Expressions of Interest received and to decide upon the issuance of a contract award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the School District.
