will be received by the Wetzel County Commission, 255 Main Street, New Martinsville, WV 26155, at the above address until:
9:30 AM, Local Time
Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026

The Work includes replacement of the shingled roof on the Town Officials’ Office (Former American Legion) building, located at 14 Beech Street, Hundred, WV 26575, with a new metal roof. Replacement of damaged sheeting and outer fascia boards with new (as needed). Installation of new fascia, drip edges, gutters and downspouts.
The BID DOCUMENTS are on file at the above address.
Bid Documents may be obtained for a cost of $50 from Swiss Valley Associates, Inc, 42631 State Route 7, P.O. Box 39; Hannibal, OH 43931, (740) 483-2351.
Each Bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 5% of the Bid amount or by certified check or cashier’s check in the amount of not less than 5% of the Bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price.
The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. If bids are 10% over the estimated project cost, the Owner will have the option to be rebid the project.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the existing building location, 14 Beech Street, Hundred, WV 26575 on Thursday, January 22nd, 2026 at 1:00 PM.
