NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the City of Grafton and the Taylor County Commission that a public hearing will be held on March 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Taylor County Courthouse in the Tony J. Veltri Annex Building located at 128 W. Main Street, Grafton WV 26354. The purpose of the public hearing shall be the proposed annexation, by the City of Grafton, of approximately one hundred ten (110) to one hundred twenty (120) feet of Railroad Street which runs from the City Limits on Railroad Street to County Club Road (W.Va. Rt. 310). The City of Grafton seeks to annex that portion of the roadway mentioned above. into the Grafton City limits.
