Activity: 17.61 acres of earth disturbance for proposed upgrade a section of Upper Lamberts Run Road (County Route CR -9/4) located in Harrison County, WV. The road upgrades will consist of erosion and sediment (E&S) control installation, road resurfacing, bridge and culvert replacements consisting of new concrete and high density polyethylene (HDPE) culvert materials, rock stabilization at culvert inlets and/or outlets, road widening, and ditch cleaning, grading, and stabilization. This project is being sent to Public Notice due to length of earth disturbance lasting one year or longer.
