AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Ergon-West Virginia Inc. (EWVI) has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Amendment Permit for a petroleum refinery located on 9995 Ohio River Blvd. in Newell, Hancock County, West Virginia. The application is to increase the crude charge limit, increase the rated capacity of heater H102R, and increase actual production of products such as naphtha and heavy products. EWVI is also requesting with this application the installation of a new 32,800 barrel heavy product fixed roof storage tank. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40.60613,-80.63357.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge for the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the day of April 1, 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
