COAD Senior Programs – RSVP is accepting bids to provide shelf-stable 7-day meal boxes to children ages 1 through 18, and ages 19 through 21, with an active IEP. SFSP, a Summer Food Service Program, is a federally- funded program through the State of Ohio Department of Education and the USDA. All federal and state meal requirements and nutrition guidelines must be met and an average of around 1,500 children will be fed weekly. We serve six counties in Ohio including Jackson, Vinton, Gallia, Meigs, Pike and Lawrence Counties. The summer program will start on June 8, 2026, and end on August 14, 2026. Huron St., Jackson, Ohio 45640. A public bid opening will be held at 10:00 a.m. On February 17, 2026 at same location.
