AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that CNX Gas Company LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-E (General Permit Registration) for a natural gas production facility located on 2767 Lone Oak Rd, near Cameron , in Marshall County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.927449, -80.573959.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) 13.91 tons per year,
Carbon Monoxide (CO) 40.04 tons per year,
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) 16.12 tons per year,
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) 0.10 tons per year,
Particulate Matter (PM10) 1.31 tons per year,
Particulate Matter (PM2.5) 1.31 tons per year,
Carbon Dioxide (CO2) 20,679 tons per year,
Methane (CH4) 44.53 tons per year,
Nitrous Oxide (N2O) 0.16 tons per year,
Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPS) 0.99 tons per year,
Hexane 0.98 tons per year
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 15th day of March 2026. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
