The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: NOX: 43.39 tpy CO: 78.74 tpy VOC: 27.45 tpy SO2: 5.43 tpy PM: 9.27 tpy PM10: 3.37 tpy PM2.5: 1.66 tpy CH4: 85.10 tpy CO2e: 26,490.89 tpy Formaldehyde: 3.45 tpy Benzene: 2.06 tpy Toluene: 3.53 tpy Ethylbenzene: 0.26 tpy Xylenes: 2.20 tpy n-Hexane: 6.19 tpy Total HAPs: 18.63 tpy Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 15th day of April, 2026.
