NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Addison also known as Webster Springs, a municipal corporation, will hold a public hearing on March 10, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. to discuss its written plan to modify Town Ordinances through the adoption of Home Rule to the West Virginia Home Rule Board. Copies of the written plan are available at the Town Clerk’s office and will be available at the public hearing. The proposed changes to the Town’s ordinances pertain to the Town’s Hotel Occupancy Tax and the Flood Plain ordinance that impacts the Baker-Addison Pool. Following the public hearing the Town Council will proceed with the first reading on an ordinance granting the Town authority to provide the written plan to the Municipal Home Rule Board.
