PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NATURAL
GAS
HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMIT, pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
Antero Resources Corporation, 1615 Wynkoop Street,
Denver, CO 80202, is applying for a permit for a natural
gas horizontal well, Randy Unit 1H , located at
approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 526880.51m, UTM
NAD 83 Northing 4384066.87m in Fishing Creek
Watershed, Pine Grove Quadrangle, Green District,
Wetzel County, WV which disturbs three acres or more
of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads
or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons
of water in any thirty day period. To convert the

Any interested person may submit written comments or request a copy of the proposed permit application.
Regardless of format for comment submissions, they must be received no later than thirty days after the
permit application is received by the Office of Oil and Gas.

permit application will cost $15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP headquarters.
