The object of the above-styled lawsuit is for the Plaintiff to recover for personal injuries and damages resulting from a motor vehicle collision that occurred on September 20, 2024, on I-79 northbound in Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia. As it appears by Affidavit the Defendant Phillip Joseph Versailles Warren is a resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ORDERED that Phillip Joseph Versailles Warren respond to the Complaint and serve upon Plaintiff's attorney, Ashley J. Tucker and Farmer, Cline & Campbell, PLLC, whose address is 101 N. Kanawha Street, Suite 101, P.O. Box 5559, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an Answer or other responsive pleading, including any related counterclaim or defense Phillip Joseph Versailles Warren may have to the Complaint filed against him in this action, on or before March 4, 2026. If such Answer or responsive pleading is not filed on or before March 4, 2026, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may thereafter be taken against Phillip Joseph Versailles Warren for the relief demanded in the Complaint. A copy of the Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
