The structures listed in this publication have been CONDEMED by the Code Enforcement Office of the Town of Grant Town. These structures have been deemed damaged, decayed, dilapidated, in disrepair, lacking maintenance, unsanitary, vermin and or rat infested and are hereby declared unfit for occupancy. All violations of listed properties are subject to penalties provided in the West Virginia Building Codes, International Maintenance Code, and Grant Town Property Maintenance Standards. All properties have been subject to previous violations, without remedy. Therefore, all structure(s) on the properties listed will be subject to be demolished. Each owner of record is ordered to appear before the Town of Grant Town Municipal Court Judge on February 21st at 10 am at 304 Main Street Grant Town West Virginia to show why the town should not be granted an order to demolish the structure.
