The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Sunny Days In-Home Care West Virginia Northern Panhandle, LLC d/b/a Sunny Days In-Home Care CON File # 10/11-13516-PC, for the provision of in-home personal care services in Hancock, Brooke, Ohio and Marshall Counties in West Virginia. Capital Expenditure $60,000.
