REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Architectural Services The West Virginia Black Heritage Festival, Inc. (“WVBHF”) invites qualified architectural/engineering firms to submit proposals for professional design services related to interior renovations at the Kelly Miller Community Center at 408 E. B. Saunders Way, Clarksburg, WV. The project involves approximately 2,800 square feet of interior renovations and is funded through a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Project Funding grant. All services must comply with applicable federal, state and local requirements.
