AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Diversified Production, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit for a Natural Gas Production Facility located at 39 Catherine Drive, Shinnston, in Harrison County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.37356, -80.20087. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Nitrogen Oxides (NOx): 2.86 tpy Carbon Monoxide (CO): 2.40 tpy Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC): 9.76 tpy Particulate Matter (PM/PM10/PM2.5): 0.22 tpy Sulfur Dioxide (SO2): 0.02 tpy Total Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs): 1.77 tpy Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit issuance.
