Application of Constellation NewEnergy – Gas
Division, LLC for Approval to Offer, Render, Furnish or
Supply Natural Gas Supply Services to the public in
West Virginia in Case No. 25 0905-G EFPP.
Constellation NewEnergy – Gas Division, LLC has
filed an application with the West Virginia Public Service
Commission (“PSC”) for participation in an Enhanced
Firm Pooling Program to provide natural gas supply
services as a supplier or aggregator of natural gas
services. Constellation NewEnergy – Gas Division,
LLC, proposes to sell natural gas and related services in
all counties of West Virginia.
The PSC may consider this application without a
hearing. Protests directed to the technical or financial
fitness of Constellation NewEnergy – Gas Division,
LLC may be filed within 15 days of the date of this
notice with the Executive Secretary of the PSC, 201
Brooks Street, Charleston, WV 25301.
