AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that CNX Midstream Operating Co LLC
has applied to the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a
Class II administrative update to permit number
R13-3207E for a Natural Gas Compressor Station
(Shirley Compressor Station) located near
the Town of Centerville, in Tyler County, West Virginia.
The site latitude and longitude coordinates are:
39.41690 N, -80.84390 W.
The applicant estimates the potential increases to
discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants as a
result of the changes will be:
Particulate Matter (PM) = 0.47 tpy
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) = 0.04 tpy
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) = <0.01 tpy
Carbon Monoxide (CO) = 5.19 tpy
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) = 6.18 tpy
Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPS) = <0.01 tpy
Carbon Dioxide Equivalents (CO2e) = 8,920 tpy
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia
Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air
Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for
at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of
this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected]
