REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SEALED PROPOSALS for the Furnishing of Soft Product and related Storage and Dispensing Equipment at Splash Zone and Clarksburg Amphitheater, located at Veterans Memorial Park, Contract No. 2026-01 for the City of Clarksburg Board of Park Commissioners will be received in their Office at Clarksburg City Park, 1 Clarksburg Park Way, Nutter Fort, WV until 9:00 am, EST, Thursday, March 5th, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The proposals, sample contract and forms may be obtained at the City of Clarksburg Board of Park Commissioners Office, 1 Clarksburg Park Way, Nutter Fort, WV, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. All proposals must be submitted on the form provided with the name of the proposer, Contract No. 2026-01 and “Sealed Proposal” clearly marked on the envelope. Proposals once submitted shall be irrevocable for thirty (30) days. The City of Clarksburg Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to make award to the best responsible proposal or in any manner as considered in the best interests of the City of Clarksburg Board of Park Commissioners.
