ORDER OF PUBLICATION
Pursuant to Rule 4(E) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, the Circuit Court of Harrison County, West Virginia, upon review of the record, hereby enters an Order of Publication for service of the Petition against Respondent, Ashley Rodgers. An advertisement shall be published in a qualified newspapers, the Times West Virginian, and Eugene Weekly by running a legal advertisement once a week for two consecutive weeks.
The Order of Publication shall give the style of the suite as follows: Prepared by: THE PETITION OF SEAN T. RODGERS and ERICA M. RODGERS FOR THE ADOPTION OF FINN HARDWIN RODGERS, D/O/B: 11/21/2014, a minor child under the age of eighteen (18) years. Civil Action No.:26-A-10, before the Honorable Judge Christopher J. McCarthy.
The Order of Publication shall state the object of the above civil action is as follows:
This action is to petition for the adoption of Finn Hardwin Rodgers by Erica M. Rodgers.
Further, the Order of Publication shall state that it is ordered that the Respondent, Ashley Rodgers is to serve upon the Circuit Clerk of Harrisson County, West Virginia located at the Harrison County Courthouse 301 W. Main Street, Clarksburg, WV 26301, an Answer or other defense to the Petition within 30 days of this publication; otherwise, that judgment by default will be rendered against the Respondent, Ashley Rodgers.
Finally, the Order of Publication shall state that the Respondent, Ashley Rodgers, can obtain a copy of the Petition for Adoption from the Harrison County Circuit Clerk located at the aforementioned address.
