Marion County Schools (MCS) is requesting bids from qualified vendors for digital locks and battery backups. The digital locks should include a minimum of 200 digital locks for interior classroom and gymnasium doors with master key, master fob, and remote locking and identification. Please provide price per quantity as MCS may elect to order additional units. The digital locks should include wireless access, override features, remote monitoring, with preferably a deadbolt system, and a central point of control. The battery backups are to provide backup power to door controls, alarms, phones, and CCTV cameras for 21 schools. Bids can be received sealed at the Marion County Board of Education Central Office, 1516 Mary Lou Retton Drive, Fairmont, WV 26554 until 1:00p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2026. A public bid opening will be conducted at 1:00p.m. on March 9, 2026.
