NOTICE
LAWN MAINTENANCE The City of Moundsville, WV is accepting bids for Lawn Maintenance. The bid would be for seasonal grass cutting, trimming, bagging and disposal. Areas shall be cut at a minimum weekly or as directed by the Director of Parks and Recreation. The locations included would be: Riverfront Park including playground, RV park, and field area; East End Sports Complex including both ballfields, area behind fields, and shelter area, including brush and weed maintenance on the bank area on west side of East End (monthly); Valley Fork Softball Complex; and Valley Fork Baseball /Soccer Complex, including the entire trail and field area.
A detailed bid form, to submit bid, can be picked up at the Moundsville City Clerk’s Office, 800 Sixth Street, Moundsville, WV or can be obtained by calling (304) 845-3394.
Bids for the above can be provided for each individual area/or for all areas as one package.
Submit bid to the City Clerk at the Moundsville City Building, 800 Sixth Street, Moundsville, WV 26041 by Monday, February 3, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at the Moundsville City Building Council Chambers at 800 Sixth Street. Bid envelope must be marked: “LAWN MAINTENANCE BID.”
