LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, PO BOX 159, 228 ABPP DRIVE, GRANT TOWN, WV 26574 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 for a Phase 3 release on Permit Number S200904 Increment Number 6 issued for 23.55 acres.
The permit is located in Fairmont District of Marion County, 0.5 miles northwest of Barrackville on an unnamed tributary of Finches Run of Buffalo Creek of Monongahela River.
AMERICAN BITUMINOUS POWER PARTNERS, L.P. LIMITED PARTNE completed final reclamation on 4/13/2022 and is requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $13,536.00.
