ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS IT VOIP (VOICE OVER IP) UPGRADE CITY OF BRIDGEPORT, WEST VIRGINIA Sealed bids will be received by the City of Bridgeport IT Department at 515 W. Main Street, Bridgeport WV, 26330 until 2:00 p.m., EST on March 13th, for the upgrade of existing VOIP Telephony system. All proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in Council Chambers, at Bridgeport City Hall, 515 West Main St., Bridgeport, WV at 2:00 p.m., EST, on Monday March 16th, 2026. The final Notice of Award of Contract shall be given to the successful bidder within thirty (30) days following the opening of bids and no bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after opening thereof. Bidders should carefully examine the project specifications and other documents and fully inform themselves as to all conditions and matters which can in any way affect the work or the cost thereof. The City of Bridgeport reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner’s judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. The City of Bridgeport will afford full opportunity to disadvantaged business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap, or national origin in the contract award. Attention is directed to the fact that the proposed project may be undertaken utilizing Federal, State or Local Funds, and that all work will be performed in accordance with the regulations issued by the Federal Agencies and the State of West Virginia.
